Tips for perfect printing

- Create your designs in vector.

- Export your files to .PDF by unchecking the “Preserve Illustrator editing functions” box.

- Avoid using transparency because the white support could modify your creation.

What you should not do

- Mirror your files yourself.

- Apply an undercoat layer yourself.

The longevity and quality of a DTF transfer largely depends on the care given to the textile after application. It should however be noted that the GOLD marking will lose its shine over time.

Here are some essential recommendations:

Washing temperature : It is crucial not to exceed a temperature of 30°C when washing. High temperatures may affect the adhesion and gloss of the transfer, which could result in the transfer peeling or fading.

Wash inside out : To protect the transfer from direct abrasion with other garments or washing machine items, always turn the fabric inside out before washing.

Avoid harsh detergents : Some detergents contain bleaches or chemicals that can affect the color and quality of the transfer. Opt for mild detergents and avoid using bleach or fabric softeners.

Drying : Avoid tumble drying the fabric at high temperatures. Open air is the best drying method for textiles with DTF transfers.

Ironing : If you must iron the textile, avoid ironing directly on the transfer. Use a sheet of parchment paper or a thin fabric as an intermediate, and iron at low temperature.

We will reprint any order with a print quality or adhesion issue. Please provide us with a photo of your possible problem when requesting after-sales service .
