The features of DTF transfers
DTF (Direct to Film) is an innovative transfer marking process that allows high-resolution images and complex graphics to be printed directly onto materials such as cotton and polyester.
Thanks to our DTF transfer printing you can easily and inexpensively personalize all your t-shirts, sweatshirts, caps, and other textiles.
All prints are produced in France, near Grenoble in Isère. Our prints are delivered on sheets. Each order is reviewed by our team of graphic designers, ensuring optimal and precise printing! Printed with the highest quality inks, our transfers feature vibrant colors and a premium finish on all types of textiles, regardless of their color or elasticity.
All our prints are shipped within the selected production times. We offer several delivery options with GLS, Chronopost, DHL, and Colissimo. Delivery costs are €8 excl. tax in mainland France, with free shipping on orders over €150. We ship across Europe (Switzerland, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Luxembourg, Germany, etc.).
Contact us within days of receiving your order to submit a request for a refund or reprint. We will reprint any order that has a quality or adhesion issue. Please provide a photo of the issue when making your customer service request. Note that we will not proceed with a reprint if the uploaded file does not meet our file settings. If you wish to request a refund or reprint for another reason, please contact customer service.
